ABOUT POLLY & HELEN
Polly’s obsession of all things yoga lead her to complete her RYT 200hr Training with the School of Sacred Arts in Bali and to teach what she loves. She strongly believes that yoga is for everyone and tailors her classes to suit her students' needs. Practicing yoga with Polly is fun and challenging in a way that encourages mindfulness and kindness.
Helen is a qualified Natural Chef trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. Her background in travel and passion for the mountains led her to create a wellbeing experience in the mountains where people could truly relax, restore and re-energise. Helen's approach to wellbeing is simple and relaxed: nourishing food cooked with natural, wholesome ingredients, yoga to restore the mind and body, mountain sports and crisp fresh air.
Our ski and yoga retreats, held at our stunning eco lodge near Les Arcs in France, are food for the soul, combining both energising and restorative elements to help you fully re-set.
By taking your yoga to the mountains, you're not only opening up your mind and appreciating the natural phenomena around you, but also enjoying the benefits of fresh air, sunshine and tranquility.
Yoga is used by many to improve their skills on the slopes, finding that the combination of meditation, breathing techniques and poses prepares them for sport but also aids recovery. In fact, the US freestyle mogul skier, Heather McPhie, is said to practise yoga regularly!
"It is so helpful in keeping my body more physically prepared and is a wonderful pause in my day where I get away from everything else and just centre"
